No, this isn't about an old tube television. There's no UHF or VHF dial or remote control. It's all about the meaning of the word. I always thought that if I wrote a book, I'd name it "My Own Personal Zenith": the point directly above you in the sky. Your own high point. What could be more inspirational, right? Over time, my perspective has changed. Now, it's more about what makes me happy or drives me. So here it is... take it blog form if you will.

It brings a smile
OK, so my intent is not to sit here and gush about my son like ever other mother out there, but becoming a parent is by far the most rewarding thing that has happened in my life. For instance, tonight, my husband and son and I all played "Monkey in the Middle". It's the first time we've ever played it together as a family. And I'll say, it brought out a series of laughs from my son that transcends time. As I listened to him, it took me back to years past. In a moment's time I experienced all the joys that I can remember. It released all of my current stress. For a brief moment, I didn't have a mortgage or bills or a time to be at work in the morning. It wasn't a giggle after a knock-knock joke or the chuckle watching a slapstick comedy. It was a laugh from the soul. It reminds me of what I feel like I'm here to do.
